GoogleOver the years I’ve used many estate agents. This is the first time I’ve instructed Rezide and I was very impressed with the professionalism of the whole team.. Zack’s enthusiasm from the start made me feel confident with a sale in a down turn of a market.. I sold full asking price & a good price in my opinion.. also the team in the office were in constant communication with myself due to a chain of poor performances from solicitors!!! GoogleZac helped sell our place in Mountsorrel last year through his company Rezide. He was professional throughout, always communicative and not afraid to get really stuck in making our place look great for the marketing and the subsequent viewings. The drone / walk through video he did for social media channels worked brilliantly and even now I’m so proud of how good it looked when we went to market. We ended up achieving a price we were both very happy with which helps when selling a place you love. I would use him again in an heart beat and would recommend him to anyone - as I regularly do. If you’re thinking about it, stop thinking about it and give him a call.

GoogleI sold myalfouse early last year through Rezide Group. Zac and his staff were able to put me in contact with 2 potential buyers after he had taken promotional pictures of the house and a potential sale was agreed without the need to put 'For Sale' boards up. The process took a while after, due to the chain below (beyond the control of Rezide) but at every turn Zac's staff could not have been more helpful and reassuring, chasing up solicitors and purchasers on my behalf. Total success with weekly updates. I would definitely recommend Rezide to anyone buying or selling a home. Thank you.
