GoogleSarah and Zach were fantastic right from start to finish! On what turned out to be a long sale over 8 or so months. There were items my Solicitor needed to sign off, some of which Sarah went out of her way to follow up and chase for me. To push along what would've otherwise added more weeks or months to the process. Zach was very professional, polite, easy to talk with for the initial property viewing and throughout. I particularly appreciated the responsiveness and frequency of communication from Sarah and Zach. Thank you both for your large part 🙏 in making the move to my nice new house as smooth as it could've been under the circumstances & hold ups I had to deal with! 🏠 Highly recommend 👌 👍 Adam White

GoogleRezide was the 3rd agency we tried to sell our home. Zac impressed us when we first met him. He told us he did all the photography and we were happy with what he produced. We put the house on the market with him when the weather was nice and when the snow was on the ground he captured it and updated the pictures on rightmove. He attended all of the viewings we had unlike our previous agents. When we got an offer he and Sarah kept us well informed of the progress. We could not have been happier. GoogleWe chose Rezide to sell my late father in laws house. Jake was the only one of 3 estate agents who arrived on time. He explained everything we needed to know and the property went on the market. It sold on the first day. Unfortunately due to difficulties by the buyer it had to return to market, but again, sold the same day. The sale was very long and drawn out for various reasons but Sarah worked so hard. She continually chased and finally got the sale over the line. I'd like to thank everyone at Rezide for their hard work.

GoogleI recently sold my house and knew choosing the right agents was key. Jake instantly made me feel at ease , he is knowledge and professional and I knew i was in good hands choosing Rezide. His passion for marketing really comes across and I was super happy with the brochure / advert he produced , which ultimately helped me achieve £20,000 over the asking price ! There were a few issues along the way with the chain , however Maggy dealt with these calmly and responsively for which we are very grateful. Thank you all at Rezide! X

We had a lot of issues with the estate agent we listed our old property with, but Sarah at Rezide was always there to offer her support and guidance to help overcome the issues we were faced with. All the staff, Zac,Sarah, Valerie, and Jack were so helpful from the beginning when they took my photos of the property i was selling, which were amazing, thankyou Zac,right up to myself collecting the keys to my new property I bought, I was also very grateful for all the advice they gave me with the solicitors as sometimes it can be very overwhelming, Sarah in particular was a star and I couldn't of done it without all of her help, I would definitely recommend them without a doubt and use them again in the future, Thanks again guys What a fantastic team you are!! Google'All you have to do, is look for The Stag.' If you are struggling to sell your home, be it lack of qualified viewings, viewings without any substantial offers, current/previous agents not getting any traction, or any other reason, pick up the phone to Zach and the team at Rezide. We had what we thought was a nice detached home in a nice area, but struggled to sell through two previous agents and 7 months on the market. Within 3 weeks of going live with Rezide, we were sold. Zach was outstanding, his ability to listen and understand our specific needs, market our property to the highest standards, and engage with prospect buyers was phenomenal. Additionally, we also purchased our new to us home through Rezide which was sourced by Jake. A likeable and humble character, his professionalism, dedication and passion in getting us moved into our forever home was first class. The back office team were also pivotal, and Sarah's regular communication and drive ensured that solicitors, vendors and buyers were all onboard and aligned with the move. GoogleRezide in Barrow upon Soar is the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when selling a property, and this was my 6th house sale. From valuation to completion, every member of their team provided a stellar service. The photographs and brochure produced for my house were first-rate. My sale proved a bit tricky due to problems at the bottom of the chain, and with a less engaged estate agent it may not have gone to completion. If you want to sell in a timely manner, for a good price, and receive the highest level of service from start to finish, then I would recommend engaging Rezide. I really can't recommend them highly enough!
