GoogleAbsolutely awful experience with this estate agency, a family member had put in an offer for a property that Rezide group had advertised, The offer was above the asking price, had no response from any employees, continuous chasing from our end just to be told " we don't have a response yet" for the past 3 weeks and now to be told your offer has been rejected but "we don't have a reason why". I have dealt with other Estate Agency's who have acted in far more professional manor, Extremely disappointing.
Hello, I am so sorry to hear of this, however I have looked at our recent records and I can not see any offers that have been outstanding for 3 weeks. We have spoken to all clients who have offered through Rezide and informed them why their offer has been rejected. The sellers always make the final decision on which offer they want to accept. GoogleWe moved in 2021. The house we were interested in was being marketed by Rezide Group. Zach showed us round and we asked if he'd be able to look at our property to get it on the market. Within 24 hours, he'd met with us again at our home, taken photo's & drone footage and within 48 hours it was online with 12 viewings booked in for the weekend. By the end of the weekend, we had multiple offers and had a Sold sign outside out house. Fast forward to 2024, we found that there was an extra piece of land which should have been included in the sale. I contacted Zach and he promptly contacted the previous owners (3 years on!) and organised for their details to be sent to our solicitors to get it all sorted out. Zach - We really appreciate how personal you and the team were, and continue to be. You have an understanding that everyone's current home is their pride and joy and have the foresight to understand what's important to buyers to make a home even more appealing. We'd happily use Zach and Rezide Group in the future, should we decide to move again.

GoogleI worked as an estate agent for many years and feel like I know what makes a good agent and Rezide are a very good agent. From the first contact with Jake, coming out and creating a very attractive brochure and video for my property to Sarah and Maggy who were able to secure me the best possible offer and who followed the conveyancing process through to exchange. I was kept informed all the way through and Rezide saved the day by finding me a replacement removal company when Bell & Sons let me down at the last minute. I couldn't have asked for any more from the whole team, thank you!
