GoogleI've had an amazing experience with selling my house with the Rezide team, from the initial photography Zac did for my advert to the constant contact and advice. Sarah has been fab every step of the way even when we came across a few hurdles they have gone above and beyond in helping me through the entire process. Can't recommend them enough, would always use Rezide for any future house moves

GoogleI sold my house earlier this year via Rezide and they were incredible start to finish. Jake kindly came to evaluate the house and then returned to take pictures and videos which were fantastic, we got an offer quickly and were kept up to date throughout the entire process. GoogleThey sold us a house with no heating or hot water despite us asking if the boiler was working. The garage roof had fallen in but when we came to look at the house and asked to view the garage were told by them the owners'property was in it so we could not view. When contacted did nothing to help and did not care. Absolutely no care given shocking company. Would not recommend and would give no stars if it were an option.

We understand how disappointing it must have been to encounter these issues, and we regret that you feel let down. Regarding the boiler, the working condition of systems like hot water, heating and electrics is typically a matter for independent surveys or specialist inspections conducted as part of the buying process. We note that no survey took place. Unfortunately, we were not able to access the garage. If you wanted to view the garage, we would have been happy to arrange a second viewing before exchange of contracts upon your request. As soon as you alerted us to these issues, we rearranged our schedules, cancelled appointments, and came out immediately to assist you with these matters and we are sorry if you feel our efforts were not sufficient. Guiding us through the processes, arranging viewings suitable to our needs, supporting us through the sale process and ours way a difficult one. Zac you eleviated so much pressure off us at such a stressful time with selling our house, getting married and moving to Australia. GoogleZac went over and above what I would have expected your average estate agent to do. Zac and his team are not your average estate agents The whole team were extremely professional, returned calls almost immediately. Unlike lots of estate agents Zac gave me different options in order to sell my house and I chose to do an open house with Zac showing potential buyers around the house while we were out. He took exceptional photos himself too (so no third party) and also helped to prepare the house for photos by helping to move household items etc. Once he’d uploaded the photos he emailed them to me to view ( outside of office hours and well into the evening ). The whole team were friendly and approachable. They explained the sale process and kept me well informed at all times. They always got back to me immediately when ever I had any queries. First class estate agents who I whole heartedly recommend them to sell your home.

GoogleMoving house is stressful enough, as we all know, but to have a really good agent makes the process much better, from the viewing and all the way through Maggy was wonderful, kept in touch regularly, (more than my own agent) she was very efficient, professional and polite. If I move again I would without hesitation use Rezide group.

The professionalism, time and effort that went into all aspects from the initial marketing to completion was very impressive. Zac and Jake attended the viewings and managed potential buyers, which transitioned into the help and guidance from Sarah and Maggy throughout the process. It was our first time using an agent as we had previously bought new build as first time buyers, so it was daunting to begin with but the team did all the hard work behind the scenes. GoogleI came across Rezide when I initially viewed a property through them (I was already on the market with another leading Leicester agent). Generally speaking, follow up calls from estate agents are varied and tend to be an automated process. Rezide - after giving me time to view the property called me directly to get my feedback. Zac was very smooth and clearly a pro that he even had me considering putting an offer in! His pro-active approach and their booking process left us with a very positive experience of how Rezide operate. Whilst I was already on the market with a different agency - both my husband and I were incredibly disappointed with them. I won’t go into the details however when looking for a new agency to partner with, we both remembered Rezide. I simply can’t fault them. They listen. They advise. They actually follow up. They talk to you. Their onboarding is quick and seamless. Their photos and videos (with drone footage) are slick. People who viewed my property via Rezide also gave positive feedback about the booking process (I had nothing but complaints from viewers about my previous agents). They try their utmost hardest to get feedback and will always pre-qualify viewings. Finally - their after sales team, process and general client management is probably one of the best I have come across in this industry. During our purchase of our new home I found the team at REZIDE in Barrow upon Soar to be always prepared to go that extra mile to help in whatever way they could. Extra viewings for our builders and heating engineer; finding missing keys and even sorting out closing meter readings; nothing seemed too much trouble and I can't thank them enough for making our purchase experience a pleasant one......and not many can say that about estate agents!
