We went with Farrell and Heyworth after failing to sell our house with another estate agent. I'm so glad we did as they were excellent. They sold our home within the first few weeks of it being on the market with them, and their customer service was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly and informative, but Nicole mainly dealt with our sale and I can't recommend her enough, she never made me feel like anything was too much, and her communication skills were fabulous. I have recently sold my house with Farrell Heyworth. I dealt with a lady called Georgia on a daily basis. I can't recommend her enough and I am so happy with the amount of effort she put in for my sale. She was available at any time I phoned and phoned back constantly to update me. The sale of my house fell through and she did everything she could to help and resell the property. She was polite and helpful and I felt comfortable when approaching her about anything and felt I could ask her any questions which she was always able to help with. My sale isn't completed yet and although it is SSTC she is still helping out at any opportunity. So I've now been living at my property for almost 2 years & with winter around the corner I really need to find another place to live, with the rising damp reoccurring & the paint beginning to peep again on the walls in the lounge & the damp + mould seeping threw the bedroom walls. When I asked for them to sort it, all I got in response was a letter from the landlady saying she has already had the walls tanked & is not willing to put any more money into the property. I'm thinking of heading to the council & getting one of there team to look at the issues in the property, if it turns out to be as bad as I thought, I wouldn't be worried bringing the local papers round to name & shame the property letters. Thank you for sending the contracts manager here today, guy was shocked to see the standards I've been living for the last 2 years, some how he said I've a case. No idea what that means so I'll wait on the emails
