GoogleWilbys have been looking after our rental properties for 6 years and we are very happy for them to continue as we have peace of mind. I always manage to get in touch with Zoe who is very helpful and if on the odd occasion I can't speak to her she always rings me back. Ben has also been a big help over the years and always gives good advice even the receptionist is pleasant! We are always kept in the 'picture' if anything needs attending to. Thanks to you all at Wilbys- highly recommended!

GoogleI have emailed wilbys twice and had no response . I rang them and enquired about some land for sale on their website , the girl I spoke to was really unhelpful, she seemed not to want to give me any information! I thought this was weird so asked her directly if there was a problem ? To which she replied no and she would email me all the information over ! Not to my surprise I have had no correspondence what so ever . Really frustrating trying to deal with unprofessional companies like wilbys.

GoogleI am currently dealing with Wilbys as a first-time buyer on a property. Although the current circumstances with COVID-19 have presented numerous challenges to estate agencies and the property market, Zoe, the sales negotiator, has offered clear and regular communication, and has gone out of her way to be as helpful as possible, despite the unprecedented circumstances. She has been great throughout the process and I commend her for her hard work and integrity. I am very glad to be dealing with Wilbys and would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleMeshelle at Wilbys is a great asset to the team having recently assisted in a property transaction which could have been complex and protracted , had it not been for timely chasing of solicitors and bringing all the parties together to get it over the line in a matter of weeks , would highly recommend if you’re looking for a proactive agent! Another member of the team even dropped the keys off on completion which was above and beyond what was expected and very helpful !

GoogleThe worst estate agents I have ever delt with no communication skills false advertising advertising a property for rent when they have no interest in renting it and is up for sale and when I put it to Alex the estate agent became very rude and aggressive definitely would not recommend !!

GoogleWe recently purchased a house through Wilbys and they have been fantastic. We dealt mainly with Mechelle and she has been brilliant throughout, nothing was ever too much trouble and she's been way more on the ball than the solicitors! She's maintained contact with us post-sale to ensure we are settling in and everything is going smoothly. We've said we're never moving again but if we did, we would 100% consider using Wilbys.
