From start to finish everyone at Wilbys were amazing. Ben came to value, not pushy at all. Amy, updated us with viewings and feedback. We then bought our next home from Wilbys, recommend to us by Ben, he had listened to what we wanted and after viewing he was spot on. Karen chased things up for us without us chasing first. Nothing was too much trouble and we absolutely felt like they were genuinely happy for us when we completed. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Wilbys recently sold our bungalow in Staincross and the entire experience went very smoothly. Ben came out and gave us an excellent and realistic valuation, unlike some other who overvalued to try get the business. We had plenty of viewings and sold quickly for full asking price. Zoe kept us updated with the progress of the sale by email and telephone. We recommended them to our son and he has just sold his house within 3 days of going on the market for full asking price.

Wilbys are Thieves, Avoid at All Costs Wilbys is an absolute disgrace. They took £420 for a surveyor service they never delivered and have refused to refund me since June 2024. Despite countless attempts to resolve this, including visits to their office, I’ve been ignored, dismissed, and lied to, especially by Alex Wilkinson. This company is nothing but a group of thieves. Their unprofessionalism and complete lack of accountability are appalling. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else. If I don’t get my refund soon, I’ll be taking legal action to recover what they’ve stolen. Avoid them like the plague.

I expressed genuine interest in purchasing a piece of land and asked several reasonable questions before making an offer. Despite this, I received little meaningful response from the selling organisation, so I went as far as purchasing the Land Registry documents myself at my own expense to properly assess the land and demonstrate that I was a serious buyer.

The firm carried out several viewings, kept me informed of progress, and solicited my opinion as to the suitability of the chosen tenant.
