Latest issue of many is fake weep holes.The house is full of issues and Harron’s homes hide behind the warranty company and refuse to help. Don’t buy from these guys you can do better! Customer services is a shambles.

Avoid avoid avoid! We bought our house in November 2018 still trying to get snagging done! We moved into an unfinished house with broken windows and unpainted walls! The management are liars that all want to cover their own backs. They fail to turn up and do not stick to their word!

Over 2 years of ringing every other day to get snagging done. Issues ranged from leaks, 6 shower trays, tiles, broken windows etc. 21 pages of snags. From the outside houses look good, but poor execution inside. Ran over it’s completion date and was rushed. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy one.

Poor builder and horrific customer service and after care.Incredible amount of issues with our new home, complaint submitted and handled horrendously. Time scales don’t matter to them once they have your money and customer service is non existent. Please take my advise and don’t buy from the absolute cowboys

We moved to heritage green.chesterfield in October and we are love it Julie who works at the site has been most helpful she has sorted problems out as soon as she could.Only real problem has been the heavy rain. They have just block paved our road and its looking great
