We moved in our new home a little over a month ago and our whole experience has been super positive. Since moving in the site manager Zak and the assistant site manager Jason have been amazing and have gone above and beyond to help us with anything we have asked. Still no wardrobes and garden still not sorted. I was promised these would be done ASAP after moving in. Zero customer service not one phone call to me and automated email responses. Fed up now. I forwards the email string of requests to the manager and instead of responding to me he blocked my email. THAT SPEAK VOLUMES!

One star is too many for this absolutely horrible company. Once you hand your money over the good service ends. Please don’t buy a house from this company read the reviews online and don’t make the same mistake I have done. Maybe Harron homes will reply to this review unlike my many emails

Do Harron Homes think they are above the government advice and law? Looking out of my windows today I see tradesmen working together to clean houses. Photographic evidence taken.Surely that is not essential?Can’t even complete houses that people are in! No paid for items and still only 3/4 of turf it’s an absolute joke.Manor Farm Snaith!

Great sales experience but standard of building / sub contractors used awful... electrician, tiler, plumber, carpet fitter. Customer service after care absolutely atrocious. Still waiting for snagging 3 years down the line (although COVID happened) Would never buy another Harron Home again. Would move if I didn’t like the area so much.
