Don't, Don't, Don't buy a Harron Home. The quality of the finish of our house is disgusting. I am too embarrassed to invite guests around. Been chasing Harron for two years now and still not complete, rather than getting on with fixing it, you are left continuously chasing them. The customer service team is a joke. This is the ONLY house builder I know that has to employ dedicated builders to rectify the issues on new homes. I know three other people that have purchased new homes. One from Strata and Persimmon and one from Harron. The first two had issues resolved within 6-8 weeks. The Harron purchase was over 18 months before complete. Avoid at all costs unless you are happy not having a finished house for several years and are happy to go to court to get issues resolved.

We have been in our new home now for coming up to a year. The house is lovely and couldn't have wanted more. Our snagging list has been relatively small so far and we are finally getting all the bits sorted. I've found both the site staff and office staff very helpful.
