GoogleI very much recommend Winkworth Barnet Estate Agents. All the staff, and Matt particularly (he was my main agent), patiently worked with me and helped me become a landlord for the first time. They were completely reliable, were clear and unambiguous in their answers to my questions, and ‘did exactly what it said on the tin’. They were not pushy, and they responded quickly and positively when I phoned and emailed them. Matt gave me experienced, honest advice and found me tenants who fitted my property and hopes excellently well. Paperwork and written agreements were in plain English that I could understand without needing a lawyer!
