GoogleThe best estate agent I have ever worked with I have had the pleasure of working with the Barnet Winkworth branch several times over the last 8 years. They sold me my current house. I bought and sold my last house with them. They sold me a great buy to let property in 2015 at what I consider to be a very reasonable price. The team at Barnet are always professional and willing to bend over backwards to make things happen. The head of the team (Paul Grover) always prices property realistically and has always achieved the best price for me in the best possible time scale. All in all, Barnet Winkworth are by far the best estate agent in Barnet and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone for private and business purchases, sales and lettings.

The blend of professionalism and friendliness shown by everyone felt unique and genuine, and the prompt way in which any concerns I had were addressed meant that, when you said ‘leave the worrying to us’, I was (mostly!) able to do just that. As I said to you, in all of my 10 house sales, this was the first time I really felt that my agents had earned, and deserved, their commission. I would unhesitatingly recommend you to anyone who was considering selling their house.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a house through Winkworth Barnet branch and have been very impressed with the agents in branch. They have been very patient with our emails and requests and multiple visits to the house in question. They have responded to emails and telephone queries in a very timely response and have always done whatever they can to help us in what can be a very stressful time. We were looking for a house for a while and interacted with many agents during the buying process, most were overly aggressive and unpleasant to deal with; Barnet Winkworth were totally different and a pleasure to deal with. GoogleCalled to speak to the High Barnet branch to get some advice on a property that I let with another agent. Negotiator who picked up the phone didn’t introduce themselves and came across as quite abrupt. Eventually got them to tell me who they were (Nigel) and then, as I started to talk and ask my question, they appeared to hang up on me! Called back immediately, hoping that the call had been ended accidentally, but the call went to voicemail. I’ve left a message with my name and number to call back. Happy to change my review if I get a call back and receive a better experience than I have just had.

Good clear communications throughout and queries/problems answered and resolved quickly and without any fuss.
