I am delighted to write a glowing review for Sener who has done an outstanding job in renting out my property and securing me a mortgage. Just let a flat for the second time through Sener. He responded swiftly to any enquiries that I made and was courteous throughout. Sener has an excellent understanding of the local market and was keen to ensure that both landlord and tenant were satisfied and kept informed of regulations from start to finish. Service was offered with good humour and a smile..... Just sold a flat through Spencer & Sener. They were all very polite and professional even though I was at times little, ' Hot under the collar'. It did not matter who I spoke to in the office; there was a real consistency in the service. They always dealt with my enquiries swiftly, phoning back when they said they would. I ways felt confident in the advice that they gave me; whether it was to do with the price of the property or to explain the process. Used their recommended solicitor who was also great. A first class team!

We sold our mother's house through Spencer & Sener and I cannot praise them highly enough. Spencer was unfailingly pleasant, polite, efficient and professional, and we felt as though he genuinely cared, not only about getting the sale to completion but also about us as a family. He was sensitive to the fact that it was a difficult time for us and made things as easy as possible, keeping us informed every step of the way (and sometimes even communicating with us on his day off!). When we encountered an unforeseen challenge halfway through the sale process, he and his team helped us to find a solution and kept everyone in the chain on side while we were working things out. I only have good things to say about Spencer, and if I had another house to sell would very happily go back to him! A really nice guy who offered a great service for a fair price - what more could you want?!

We highly recommend to use Spencer and Sener, to sell or purchase a property. In our case we have bought our dream home from Spencer and Sener. We have been dealing with Spencer and Pushpa that have done above and beyond for us. How purchase was a straight forward buy that ended up with being a very complex purchase due to the timeframe we had to complete before the stamp duty holiday end. Unfortunately we have been dealing with an incompetent solicitor on the buyer side that was risking until the last minute the transaction to fall through, by not sending the right paper on time and not doing his job. ADVICE TO ANY BUYER AND SELLER : PLEASE USE AND INVEST IN GOOD SOLICITOR !!! Luckily Spencer have been on top of it and have managed an amazing relationship between the vendor, ourself and our solicitor and that is the reason we have completed on time on our property. Now I see why they won the best agent in Barnet Award 2022! We just completed a house purchase that was listed with Spencer & Senner - they provided an impeccable service from start to finish. We completed a leasehold purchase in 3.5 months (yes possible with determination) and Spencer and the team (both Maria’s) were efficient and professional throughout. It’s was a stressful process in the current climate and they were on top of every aspect to make sure it went smoothly.
