GoogleSpencer & Sener are quite simply THE BEST Estate Agents you will EVER find ANYWHERE! We encountered problems with our vendor and our buyer, - with the solicitors of both those parties - and with the developers selling the new house to our vendor - and Spencer dealt with ALL of them ceaselessly, at all ours of the day and all days - including weekends and Bank Holidays. He was polite, diplomatic, resourceful and impartial, treating EVERYONE as if they were the most important party in the chain. We can honestly say that if it wasn't for Spencer working over and above the usual estate agents remit - we would not be in our new house now - the whole chain would have broken and 3 families would have been devastated. We cannot recommend Spencer & Sener enough. Thank you dear Spencer!

From Graham's patience whilst looking for a property, to Sener's steadfast dedication throughout the entire mortgage process, all the way to Spencer's support at exchange and completion - I felt so well looked after all the way through. They patiently answered any and all questions that I had (as a nervous first time buyer!) always making time to talk to me and reassure me as the sale progressed. We had been really struggling to sell our property for more than a year using other agents and were despairing when we began working with S&S, and from the outset their service was refreshing and stood out. Their advice was frank and carefully thought-through, and their work was always professional, prompt and precise. But more than that, they were a delight to deal with and always reasuring in their updates, in which their evident experience shone through. They say buying a house is one of the most stressful parts of life, but we really didn’t feel this with Spencer’s help. When things went slow he made sure to do all he could to move things along. GoogleSpencer & Sener went above and beyond when selling are flat in Barnet. They actually sold it three times, with buyers pulling out and a difficult market we got there in the end. Spencer even re negotiated our house we was buying and got 5k knocked of the price which he didn’t have to do.
