I was the buyer of a property in Barnet with Spencer & Sener being the agent. I am pleased to say that the purchase completed and I can highly recommend Spencer & Sener, specifically for their personable nature, level of communication throughout the process and strong work ethic to achieve a positive outcome. Graham was my first point of contact and helpful with the viewings, later on, Spencer was very dedicated and informative. The system that they used for signing the contracts and checking for eligibility was very smart. It even gave me prompts and checklists on what I need for my move which really helped because moving is so stressful and it just makes me feel like my mind is in chaos. I recently sold my property through Spencer and Sener and cannot recommend them highly enough. They were extremely professional throughout and very patient with my numerous questions and requests. They also dealt admirably with a very cautious and slow buyer and kept all parties fully informed at all times. They also dealt extremely well with difficult conveyancers on both sides, keeping the sale moving. I have dealt with a quite a few estate agents over the last couple of years and was so pleased with the service from Spencer & Sener Estate Agents and would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell thier property. When we had our valuation, Spencer was very transparent and realistic on market value, not over valuing like many other agents have done in the past. I dealt with Spencer and Graham who are very friendly, professional and knowledgable. What I appreciated the most was that they weren’t your typical pushy sales agents that I have come across with other companies. They were honest, helpful and helped the selling process be as smooth as possible, not putting unnecessary stress onto us during a multiple chain sale.
