The chain had a few challenges at the top which slowed down completion, but Kastro helped to keep stress down, kept us informed and ultimately found a solution that let everyone complete. diabolical. its all cosy and friendly up front but wait until the end of a lease. delayed deposits, no returned calls.takes forever for someone toaction the deposit refund. waiting 2 weeks now. zero interest for 12 months and fees fees fees.zero customer service and even the owner of the flat complained about them.awful. avoid.
