Finding a new flat can be a stressful experience, especially as 3 sharers but after finding a property with Martyn Gerrard via right move the process was easy. Oli from the North Finchley Branch looked after us from the viewing to the signing of the contracts and kept great communication throughout and was always on hand to answer any questions- would definitely recommend, as a young person renting can be extremely daunting but we are all excited to move into our new property. Thanks again

TrustpilotMr Oli Leader - Excellent Estate Agent
I have dealt with many agents in my quest for a property and I must say that I have never come across an agent who is as friendly, polite and extremely professional as Mr Oli Leader. I respect his honesty and integrity the most which is a rarity within sales. He surely is a credit to Martyn Gerrard and I am sure he will go very far in his career. I will definitely recommend MG to friends and family purely because of the excellent service I received from Oli.

TrustpilotWorse than other estate agents
Worse than other estate agents! - heard agent give difference prices to another potential tentant; plus he gave us a different price over the phone and then two different prices in person. None of these prices was reasonable for the property being viewed. He was also not respectful of current tenant and generally disrespectful in how he viewed his time versus ours e.g. “don’t be late, I don’t have time” and “I’ll send you the email but not today because I finish work soon”.

TrustpilotRental process - fast and efficient
Sophie showed us the rental, and from offer to contract signing - the agency’s process was fast and everything was completed within 7 days. The referencing software they use - Goodlord ; played a big part in this and is a great tool to make the process easy, streamlined and efficient.

We engaged hired MG to help with our flat sale and were very impressed. The whole team was very professional and helped us achieve a quick sale at a very good price.
