GoogleVery Awful and irresponsible agents, terrible timing I booked a viewing by them @1:00 pm and theyβve changed the time of viewing and I agreed to the change of the viewing @4:15 pm , I lost a whole day of working lost all my day been waiting for the agent till 5:30 pm and I called the agency multiple times they didnβt even tell me to go they said wait he(the agent) is on his way he didnβt show up at all. Absolutely unprofessional,disrespectful and irresponsible . I do not recommend this unprofessional agency unless if someone wants to waste some time and money ππ»ππ»

GoogleVery tricky, just want your money. Once you paid the deposit, service gone worse. Keep postponing the date to move in even at the very last moment, just one week before the promised date. Crashing our plan so much. Why would you put this property up in that early and state want to rent out asap then? They were the one who broke the promised date twice, but refuse to return the deposit. Don't mention about the cleaning, they know how to charge cleaning fee but how could they clean with less than a day in between previous tenant hand over and move in. Ignoring your email of complaint for ever and never.

My main point of contact has been Nadia who has been extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to communicate with. Nadia has kept me up to date at all times through each step of the rental process so far. She is very friendly, kind, approachable, and responds to queries very quickly. The online platform used to complete my tenancy application is easy to use and navigate.I've had an extremely positive experience with this agency, I've had no problems with communication or customer service at all, and would highly recommend!

Warning β οΈ β οΈ β οΈ This agency took our holding deposit and we have explain to them about poor credit history but we have guarantor. and they said don't worry quick to take signs on all sort of documents through online portals only to call us 20min later that credit check failed and we can't take guarantor and our deposit can't be return.. Very very careful Im very sad they waisted my time and lost my money to them π
