I have never spoken to any estate agent like Jatin Shah, after looking for a property for 2 yrs there was no estate agent comparable to him. UNPROFESSIONALISM TOWARDS THE POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS

Found a listing on Zoopla by this company, got in touch with them and told them to either email me the details of the tenancy and send me the video of the apartment, if the apartment met my needs and requirements I was ready to pay the holding deposit for this property, they told me that they will get in touch with me as soon as they can, week goes by, they never do. No email no phone call no what’s app message, even though I specifically asked them to get in touch as soon as they can. Now the property is off the market. I do not understand why make all these promises and lose a potential customer by not getting in touch with them.
