GoogleDo not trust them. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 They give you wrong advice, try to get your attention and push you to make an offer, once you put the holding deposit they turn to a different character and tell you your references has not passed and give you no reasons. If you want to waste your time and your money be my guest and go for a deal
Hi - really sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately we don't recognise you from the name -Radio Mo- if you could contact us directly and tell us who you are we would like to look into the circumstances and find out what happened. From what you say in your review it looks like you failed the referencing process, possibly because information you had given us could not be substantiated. Our references are quite straight forward and are explained clearly before any money is paid so its disappointing you didn't pass, but you should have been told why. We understand your frustration so please contact us so we can get to the bottom of what happened.

They are so unprofessional. We had a property viewing twice and both of the times we didn’t see the property because they dont communicate with the landlord or they email you before the viewing that the property is not available anymore. They wasted my time and my money and they don’t care they find excuses every time.

I arranged a 5pm viewing. I was advised that the viewing had moved to 17.30 when I was already at the property with my son. The agent didn't meet myself and the 2 other families waiting until 17.50 without any further call or even apology. Infact he had the audacity to argue with me about it.I have not experienced such an unprofessional service from an estate agent in 15 years.

The team were really keen to start working with us and provide great support to the school via our Winter and Summer Fairs. They are always responsive, provide great artwork, raffle prizes and sponsorship. They have a genuine interest in Eleanor Palmer and the other schools they partner with and are a genuine pleasure to engage with. Without our additional fund raising the children would get no school trips, new climbing frames, music lessons, etc. so we are grateful for the work they do and support they provide.
