TrustpilotJay Yildirim, very professional and friendly real estate agent
Jay Yildirim showed me around the property and answered all my questions. He supported me during sale negotiations, and once my offer was accepted he’s been staying on top of things and updating me with the progress. He’s very professional and friendly, and it’s been a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend collaborating with him.

Very disappointing from the start by the agent and the landlord. First off all they didnt tell us about the problems with the roof and we had to move in the flat 2 weeks later than the actual moving date . Then the mould and other problems in the flat it was terrible honestly don’t take from them any flat.I will make more complains about them because it’s not fair for the people that want to live in a decent house 🏡

TrustpilotHonest professional estate agents
Over the years we’ve had many dealings with estate agents and I can honestly say the Martin Gerard estate agents are by far the best we’ve ever dealt with very friendly professional and above all they’re not pushy but honest and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough.

TrustpilotExcellent service. Arzu is fantastic.
Arzu at Martyn Gerrard was absolutely amazing throughout this very stressful process. She was very responsive to emails, replying within the hour. She constantly reassured us that she was on top of everything and had our best interests in mind at all times. Without Arzu, this process would have been quite unbearable. We are so grateful for her help and everyone at Martyn Gerrard and are very happy with our new home!

TrustpilotNot to be trusted
We rented from Martyn Gerrard for 3 years and had the worst experience ever. Martyn Gerrard lied, shared our data without our consent, entered our property without our permission and threatened us. Their behaviour was unacceptable and they wouldn't accept critism. They told us their clients were not us, the renters, but the landlords. We were previously renting from the renowned 'london's worst landlord' and we had alot better experience than with Martyn Gerrard. Never ever rent with Martyn Gerrard. We are now buying and won't even consider a plce if the estate agent is Martyn Gerrard

TrustpilotVery happy with my experience thus far
Very happy with my experience thus far. The initial renting went well, then also the renegotiation, as the landlord wanted a huge 12.5% increase in year 2. On each occasion I ended up dealing with a different person. I think as with all these things though, it really depends who you get on an individual basis. If you get unlucky, whichever organisation/agency you are with, then it's a rough ride that ends up costing you.

TrustpilotWheatstone Branch 😃
I’m a first time buyer working with Martin from Martyn Gerrard Wheatstone branch. What a pleasure it was. Friendly, punctual, hard working & helpful staff made the process as easy & swift as it could be. A special mention has to go to Martin & Ella, who went above & beyond to help me out with some (computer related, I dig holes for a living 🤣) details I was struggling with. A fantastic team of people.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
