Scamming company with questionable practices, including initiating repair work without obtaining our prior agreement or consent. What's truly unsettling is that these repairs should have been covered by insurance, a fact confirmed by insurance company. MG unilaterally hired contractors, subsequently sending us the bills. To make matters worse, our repeated requests for invoices detailing the work completed have gone unanswered. Request for severer roof leak has been dragged on and on, still no update or action after numerous emails and calls in 1.5 months. It's deeply troubling that Martyn Gerrard continues these practices, seemingly with little regard for ethical or legal standards. Unfortunately, it appears that the only viable course of action to halt these practices and protect our rights is to consider pursuing legal measures.Edit: Message to the review managing person:It might seem more responsible to do a proper investigation first before accusing your customer's complaint being inaccurate. Based on the experience with the person I interacted with, it's consistent pattern that no evidence provided for statements or allegations. Thought it is an individual case, now look at the response from the review management team, it seems like more than a individual behaviour.

Gintare Pauliunaite was a pleasure to work with when she took on the letting of my flat. She shared with me every step taken and always responded to my calls efficiently and as soon as it was possible. She is a top professional and respected all the points and conditions we discussed before she introduced the tenants that now occupy the flat. It was challenging as they were renting from abroad and could only visit the property on a video she provided to them. She managed to get all the moves right. The now tenants are very happy with their choice. I am very happy too. I had been searching for a new property for over two years now trying to juggle getting a buy to let so that I could upsize from my one double bed and one single bedroom flat for my daughter and me. After about 3 years of looking, I finally found somewhere in the right location and on budget. I had to sell my property in order to buy the new one. Having developed a relationship over time with many estate agents, I chose Martyn Gerrard. They gave me a fair valuation. I had got a very low valuation from one popular estate agent, so was very happy with their valuation. With a very good database of perspective buyers and a steady stream of viewings, it took about 3 weeks for my property to sell. They have a very personal touch and I was able to have many in-depth discussions. They were also very good with our pet cat Bucky during viewings. I would definitely recommend them Martin and Mark were my main contacts and I really appreciated how our relationship evolved over time, there was no pressure and my requirements were met at every stage!
