GoogleMy experience with Hunters was overall a good one. The members of staff were always polite, helpful, professional and crucially proactive from the begining of the process to the end when the sale of my house went through. I would highly recommend Hunters as they lived up to my expectations.

GoogleJeanette was great during the house buying process. She was pleasant, helpful and professional. Jeanette always responded promptly to many of our queries, which eased a lot of anxiety. We also found our interactions with many other agents at Hunters very friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this estate agents and we will definitely be returning to them if and when we move again :)

GoogleWe we're very well looked after by Michael and his team, and impressed by their professionalism. It wasn't the easiest of sales to transact and it was reassuring knowing that people had your back. From start to finish we we're very pleased with how Hunters conducted themselves, especially with some tricky circumstance to cope with. GoogleWe recently purchased a new home through Hunters. Navid was brilliant and very helpful throughout. He is very knowledgeable and has years of experience in the business . I viewed my property at least 6 six times before buying it and he was always there to assist. He also communicated with us throughout the process and kept us in the loop. I don't think we'd have ended up getting this property if it wasn't for him. He is also a local and knows the area really well which definitely helped.

GooglePoppy Richards was exceptional throughout the process of my sale and was so helpful and supportive throughout the whole time. When poppy was present during the viewing's of my property she wasn't pushy and explained clearly to perspective buyers. Poppy was very understanding of personal circumstances towards the end of completion and ensured it worked around my situation. I would recommend to anybody to avail of hunters. I also thank Michael for his expertise in accurate valuation of my property as this resulted in this successful sale of my property.

GoogleIn my experience and from what I’ve observed, this agency does not provide good support to tenants. They often come across as unprofessional and unfriendly, and their actions seem to prioritise landlords rather than tenant needs. I would not recommend them if you are renting.

GoogleThe whole process of renting has been very easy and quick ? From passing references and signing to getting support and help with fixing any issues with our house after moving in. I have been surprised how quickly and efficiently the property managed responded and sent builders to our house every time we needed something checked up or fixed.

GoogleA big thank-you to all the team at Hunters as they have been excellent regarding the sale of my late Mother's flat. It took longer than any of us expected but we got there in the end. A special mention for Melvyn but thanks to Elliot and Michael as well. I was always kept informed and updated throughout the process and therefore I would give a firm recommendation of Hunters sales team at Barnet.

GoogleI just bought a property through this agent , very professional service , flexible with viewing times,all emails returned promptly . I dealt with Elliot and Poppy , both charming and helpful throughout the process. I would deffinately use them in future if I wanted to sell as they keep on top of the transaction the whole way through . I would highly recommend them .

GoogleYou confirmed my review in asking to exchange the removal of the rating, with contacting the landlord "Further to recent communication you confirmed you would take down the reviews you posted on google. These are still showing. I am happy to contact the landlord following your email to discuss your proposal" My review is monitoring your actions as a estate agent. You have attempted to please your client our landlord, advertising the property without our knowledge and agreement. You have attempted to come the same day the landlord visit us without any notice - shouldn't you advise your client what he can and can not do? It is amusing your relationship with him, as he avoid paying you for couple of years dealing directly with me - but when he come back asking - you are ready to jump and do no matter it takes to please him. Therefore - as I say - money thirsty, no moral, no respect of the law whatsoever. Advertising properties not matching the current condition with 8 year old photos, hiding defects. Horrible money thirsty, aggressive - ready to get around the law for a few coins.

We take exception to your unfounded comments and we do not understand your grievance with us- your landlord has been a long standing client of ours and wishes to sell the property where you are currently on a periodic tenancy. We are acting on his instructions and as you say we have had no dealings with the letting in the last 2 years and only offered a let only service.
