I've had a really good experience looking for a property with Ida and the team at London Bridge. Bermondsey has a lot of agents in the area but nothing has ever been too much with Ida, she even recommended places to visit around the area! I'm going to try and keep this short. I've had a flat viewings recently for renting. The viewing was attended by Paul. Although the property was not in viewing or moving in condition it was advertised as such. The property was not clean and had faulty windows. When I made Paul aware of the issues first he tried to dismiss them directly then he's become visibly irritated. At the same time he encouraged all prospective tenants to go for a " bidding war" ... I found this behaviour totally unacceptable and upsetting. Probably not everyone in this branch is this way but that was my experience

This review and 5 stars are specifically for Monika Piszczyk and not the wider company or other individuals/employees. We recently had Monika visit our flat and engage with the landlord to facilitate a change of boiler. She is professional, communicative, fair and compassionate - very, very rare traits in her line of work, which we incredibly appreciated. We were impressed by her efficiency, solution-finding skills and organisation and we hope to keep working closely with her. Really poor service from property management

Worst property managemnt team you can find. We deal with them for a few proerties and every time communication is poor and delayed. You need to chase them for updates for the most basic requests and clearly the team of majority women are there to window dress as they clearly do not know their job. Please rather recruit for experience and knowledge as to window dressing with women who are rude and have no idea what they are doing. USELESS on every level
