GoogleThe company manages a flat that we let out. This saves us from a lot of stress and we think the service is good. Currently we deal with Seher, who deals with things promptly and keeps us in the picture - all good.

His approach to the valuation was sympathetic, transparent and professional, creating a rapport that endured throughout the sale process. His friendly demeanour and enthusiasm made every contact a pleasure, and this approach was mirrored by everyone on his team. Viewings were well organised and always accompanied by a member of David's staff, giving us peace of mind that the house was presented in a positive light. Feedback from potential buyers was passed on without delay, allowing decisions to be made with all the facts at our fingertips. The faultless service provided by David ensured an excellent result, my only regret being that I no longer have an excuse to speak with him! GoogleDavid Harris and his team at Finchley provided an excellent and service to us as tenants from day one! We have both been renting in London since 2007 and dealt with David and his team for 4 years. Each member of the team went above and beyond making our moves as smooth as possible, in particular Luke and Robert. They all have a professional, honest manner and very cooperative. Communication was always excellent, never had to chase them for anything. They worked around times to suit us as with shift-work and Lockdown it wasn’t easy. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!

GoogleMy search for rental flat was complicated, I hadn't even started working by the time, just got brp and cash money at hand, on top of that I had met with some greedy or unhelpful agents and lost hope to find a decent flat for a fair price which would meet my criteria until I met Mr Robert Mecaj 😊 They are professionals and help you through the process in every little step. Very good facilitators between landlords and renters. I can't thank Robert enough for guiding me every time I asked for help even though they're super busy. After moving in the communication does not end in case help is needed. I found a lovely flat in the exact area I wanted. Even If I consider to search for a new place I will ask them first. I'm honestly so thankful they even take care of jobs a renter should deal with, that's surely a professional service 🤩

GoogleOne of the employees at David and Harris, Robert, assisted my father is finding a suitable flat in London during a difficult time. Robert was extremely professional and competent and was also friendly and supportive for my father. Robert was also very quick in turning around documentation and negotiations with the landlord and always went out his way, and above and beyond and provided the highest calibre of professionalism and customer service. He was also very patient and outgoing and proved to be a pleasant individual to work with. GoogleWe highly recommend David Harris & Co, after they have helped us so much in the persuit of our perfect property! Far beyond finding a place and showing it to us, as this was our 1st time renting a property in the UK, they suppprted us every step of the way, making it all really clear, simple and stress free. Robert, our assigned real estate agent, with the strong support of David the owner, helped us with EVERYTHING from making sure the landlord accepts our dog, to taking us by the hand to get connected to gas, water and electricity, far after the contract has been signed. We dealt with Robert and we found him to be very friendly professional. He held our hand through the process keeping us updated throughout the process. GoogleWe have used David Harris since 1994 . He has managed and let five properties. I have found them to be ultra efficient and have always been available to tackle any problem however small. Our tenants have also often commented how reassuring it was to have such professional managing agents . They have recently sold two of the properties for us and within a few days of instruction found two buyers near the asking price. They were able to act as go betweens between us, the buyers and the two groups of solicitors. I can only but recommend them for both letting and sales of any property . Verification:
