A wonderful experience with David and Ali. I met David on Friday 30th January to discuss the letting, and at the time I thought he was being optimistic when he said, “We would hope to find you suitable tenants within two weeks.” I wasn’t sure, but David was confident, and he delivered. He not only found a tenant within a week, but also managed to move them in within that same week. I just have to give a massive shoutout to Ali at David Harris Agency in Finchley! After being let down by countless estate agencies without any solid reasons, we were feeling pretty disheartened. Then, a friend recommended Ali, who had previously helped them find their dream rental through David Harris, and they couldn't stop raving about Ali's professionalism and demeanor. Initially, we had put an offer on a property in pretty rough shape, feeling like we had no other options in our desperate quest to escape our current neighborhood, which wasn't ideal for my daughters. Unfortunately, the landlord turned down our offer. But Ali didn't give up on us! Despite our tight budget and specific requirements for North Finchley, Ali persisted. And guess what? He found us an absolute gem, a brand new, beautifully refurbished flat. As I'm sitting here writing this review, I'm gazing out at a stunning park view from my living room, and I can't help but feel immense gratitude for what Ali and the team at David Harris have done for my family. We had a super smooth tenancy thanks to Robert Mecaj at David Harris & Co - just fantastic since day one. On our initial meeting Robert was kind enough to take us around the local area, even drove us in his personal car from one viewing to another, was able to show us a beautiful newly renovated property that hadn't even been listed yet, and was fanatic and efficient with getting the paperwork sorted and allowing us to get moved in very quickly. We stayed at the property for just over 1.5 years (after which we moved out of the area) and we had almost 0 problems with the property or the tenancy. Any small problems that we did encounter were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and all in all we just had a very positive experience. On vacating the property Robert was incredibly helpful in not only dealing with our deposit return, but also with dealing with Barnet Council in terms of terminating our council tax. Really appreciate all of the great work from Robert and would definitely recommend!
