Amazing service from start to finish all thanks to Akill and Barrie who were the best support and very professional throughout. I approached Akill at the start of my property journey and given it was my first buy, I was inexperienced and clueless. He very clearly told me all my options in terms of mortgage and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had the best deal and understood the process. He stayed in touch along the way and was always on hand to answer any questions I had - having seen numerous banks and mortgage advisers, none provided me with the same level of service as Akill due to his breadth of knowledge and care. Barrie was equally helpful and conscious of my requirements and after weeks of searching with other estate agents, he was able to find my perfect one in the first go! Where there were a few minor hiccups along the way (due to external reasons), Akill and Barrie both sorted these out for me instantly and always kept me in the loop which I am very grateful for. They are both very approachable and were able to made the whole process extremely smooth and comfortable for me and I was able to complete in 2 months. I felt in very safe hands and felt that they were conscious of my needs throughout. Thank you very much to the both of them for everything. I would highly recommend!!

I was looking to purchase my mother's house and struggled finding a broker who knew the implications, benefits and process. The estate agents from Barnard Marcus in Whetstone were professional and trustworthy. They were quick in answering emails and very good at explaining how the mortgage system works. This was especially useful for me as I am first time buyer and was interested in the Help to Buy scheme. They advised me which banks deal with people who have two incomes and they took care of all the paperwork which was great for me as I am extremely busy with my work life. Overall I had a very positive experience and happily will continue to use Barnard Marcus as my estate agent for future deals.

I'd been trying to get a remortgage on an BTL from my existing broker, but the deals he was offering were not in line with expectation, as i knew i could get better and the speed at which he was operating at was too slow. With an ever changing market it was imperative for me to get the best deal as soon as possible. From the minute i spoke to Akill about my situation and what i was looking for i knew he was the man. His knowledge of the market was excellent and responsiveness to emails, phone calls etc. I visited Akill in the office and the whole process took no more than 20-25 minutes. After just one trip to the office it was sorted, and the solicitors suggested were equally as good. The whole thing was wrapped up in under one month whereas i'd been trying to get this sorted with my existing long term broker for over 6 months. I've already recommended Akill to friends and family members, will definitely be going back for any future deals
