GoogleIt's hard to deal with. we let go of a really good property just for the fact that the person we dealt with did not listen and kept asking the same questions. We were also booked for a viewing but then were told it was provisional. It's just stupid to not tell us that while we make alternate arrangements to make the time booked. It's a shame we have to let go of the property now but better go with someone more professional.

Recently i shifted to UK They are the one who helped me to find the out the property and handled entire process in smooth and very professional way. Arranging our viewing was straight forward and Isaac Biggerstaff sorted times and keys etc. He arrived before us and was very welcoming and personable. He showed us around the apartment without being over bearing, allowing us time to look into every nook and cranny, but on hand to answer our questions. He looked after my elderly parents with respect and patience .. Thanks Isaac much appreciated.

Apathetic, duplicitous, Avoid! As a tenant they were apathetic towards any issues with the property resulting in several weeks without hot water, or working toilet. After ending my tenancy they used deceitful and duplicitous tactics to drive down the amount of the deposit to be returned. I cannot stress enough how Important it is for tenants to avoid this company
