Initially, when I decided to rent out my UK property, I wanted a single point of contact for all queries ranging from rental payments to repairs and contracts. Sarah has performed this role exceptionally well. The recent communication between myself and the tenant, requesting permission to redecorate is a classic example where she simply facilitates a timely conversation with the tenant. Simple? It should be but it is not always the case with many serivce companies where trying to get a quick answer is often difficult and bureaucratic. This is the importance of dedicated professional property managers. Thanks for the great customer service.

She was very nice and answered all the problems I had about the property and took down my details and got back to me in the afternoon after talking to the landlord.
