Following on from my previous review, I want to once again reiterate the most professional experience we had with Aleco estates in buying our first home. Buying a house is a stressful process but Aleco estates made this as easy as can be by always liaising with both ourselves and the sellers ensuring everything is up to date and on time. We are extremely grateful and highly recommend them. Many thanks Aleco!! The whole team at Aleco estates is very professional, friendly and always there to help. We have been renting with them for a while and are now in the process of buying our first house with them. In both occasions the staff made the process really smooth and went out of their way to help us find our dream house. I would highly recommend these agents!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Wouldn’t hesitate recommending Aleco for a second. They took our property from another agent who did nothing and gave us a no nonsense service with a straight forward aim to sell. These guys know what they’re doing. Thank you to the team for all your efforts selling our house.

I have had the intention of writing this review for the last few months! Andy in lettings assisted me in letting out my flat. Just after our first telephone call, he already had in mind a young family. He was right as the family viewed the flat and wanted to secure it. It was such a swift and stress-free service, which, so far for me, has been a rarity to experience as a landlord. I was so glad to contact Aleco and strongly recommend that anyone considering their services, does so too. Thanks for your help Andy.

I recently had the experience of selling my house with Alex of Aleco Estate Agents and it was indeed a pleasing one. He guided me through the process gently (as it was a family home and so full of memories) and was always on hand to offer support whenever it was needed. From start to finish, it was straight forward, very quick and professional. He also recommended a solicitor, Rebecca Karis who was very swift in getting the paperwork arranged and kept me informed with updates. I was so impressed with Alex that I recommended him to a neighbour who in turn is now selling her property through Aleco.

Excellent service. Our no chains house purchase gained complexity (through no fault of Aleco). Alex kept us up to date throughout, chased the other parties and dealt promptly with our solicitors etc. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.

Probably great for selling/buying as the sales agent was very professional and helpful. A big disappointment in the letting area; lack of communication, excuses and long times to show properties and answer to queries. When we were ready to accept a property, the agent came up with lots of excuses just to buy time and give it to somebody else without giving us a fair chance. Do not waste your time.

Was supposed to meet an agent for a house viewing this morning. My wife organised it and texted the agent that it would be me only coming this time. When I arrived, there was nobody waiting outside. After waiting for a few minutes in a complete downpour I left as nobody showed up. Turns out there was another agent (not the one my wife was in touch with) and he preferred to sit with the owners inside instead of meeting me outside as any other agent would do. I guess Aleco Real Estates won't be selling me any house anytime soon.

“I rented a small Studio apart via Aleco in potters bar. Info for Renters: They are very professional, well mannered and with a serious focus on keeping any stay, you might have in one of their properties as smooth and comfortable as they are able. When you raise issues, they react and deal with them, in a timely and professional manner. For Land Lords: Including all the above, I would have to say it is the professional behaviour that Aleco had that I decided to stay with them as long as possible in a place I felt was a little bit overpriced for its size, but despite the price I felt I was paying for a good service that I did receive. All in all, I highly recommend Aleco

The whole team at Aleco have been helpful and responsive when my husband and I were selling our flat. Communication has been constant and their perseverance in getting us the result we wanted is to be commended. Alex dealt with the flat sale, and was always on hand no matter how many calls we gave him! During Covid-19 its really important to support local businesses. I can wholeheartedly recommend Aleco for that personal experience!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We've been using the services provided by Aleco for quite a number of years now. I'd like to say that it's been great moving in and out of rental properties with Aleco estate agents. They're responsive and available, and where issues do inevitably come up they get it sorted and worked out as soon as possible. Having used other estate agents, I would definitely say that they're one of the really good ones I've come across. I would definitely recommend Aleco to friends in the area.
