Ive been a landlord for many years, mainly in Manchester but have recently invested in Enfield and Barnet area. GoogleI put my house for rent with three other agents, as well as Aleco estate agents. Other than Andy of Alecos estate agents, nobody mentioned that I need to have a gas and electricity certificate (as this was recently introduced). The other agents would pressurise me.to accept anyone they brought round to show the house. They also kept pressurising me to accept offers lower than that advertised. Andy was more relaxed and confident. Finally, I rented the house with Aleco estate agents, and so far, I am happy.

GoogleDisrespectful, lack of essential communication as estate agency to both buyer and sellers. There are dishonest. I expressed interest in a property that required major work. They refused to allow view for two family members at two different timing. They provided the feedback for submitted offer instantly without a transparent transfer of the information to the vendors. They never pick the phone for any conversation or listen on any structure feedback outside their own agenda. Instead they just drop a standard email with the rejection of any offers. I will certainly avoid them as a vendor on selling any property belonging to me.

GoogleI recently bought a property through Aleco Estate Agency and can highly recommend Kyri and the team in identifying the right opportunity and accompanying the buyer throughout the entire process. It was not an easy sales but the team is very experienced in dealing with changing situations and kept me abreast of any changes. GoogleWe bought a house through Aleco and it was a great experience. Alex was always on the ball - helpful, knowledgeable and energetic through the whole process. He always had the interests of both parties in mind. The whole office is communicative and engaged. Would highly recommend. Update - we sold the same house through Aleco and again, a great process. They did a great job communicating and helping the process along on both sides. I would definitely go back.

Being in the business myself, I was reluctant at first to bring in an outside agency to act on our behalf on the sale of a family property. However, from start to finish Alex delivered on everything he said he would do. The communication was 10/10 throughout and Alex successfully saw the transaction over the line within six weeks without any marketing, just old school agency! His personable approach and enthusiasm made him a pleasure to deal with throughout and I would highly recommend Aleco to anyone requiring their services as they were extremely proactive. Excellent communication at all levels which was reassuring. No waitin(g around for phone calls and on contacting the office the team were extremely friendly and professional. GoogleAs the agent contracted by my 93-year-old mother to sell her property, Alex was absolutely first class. In addition to securing an excellent deal, he showed a level of care that went beyond business: ensuring she had very little to do while he took care of all aspects relating to the transaction; communicating with the buyer as well as the solicitors. Being that I live in America, 4,000 miles from my mum, this was especially important. And I also found him to be extremely affable and helpful whenever we spoke on the phone. I honestly can't recommend Aleco Estate Agents highly enough.
