GoogleA huge thank you to Alex on behalf of my family and I. Being in the business myself, I was reluctant at first to bring in an outside agency to act on our behalf on the sale of a family property. However, from start to finish Alex delivered on everything he said he would do. The communication was 10/10 throughout and Alex successfully saw the transaction over the line within six weeks without any marketing, just old school agency! His personable approach and enthusiasm made him a pleasure to deal with throughout and I would highly recommend Aleco to anyone requiring their services as they were extremely proactive. Hope that we can do business together again in the near future Alex and thanks again for all your hard work!

GoogleA refreshing choice of estate agent. A family run estate agency which were superb at handling the purchase of our new home. Alex and the team kept us informed at every stage of the process. Excellent communication at all levels which was reassuring. No waitin(g around for phone calls and on contacting the office the team were extremely friendly and professional. Alex was honest throughout the process and we would have no concerns using them should we choose to move again in the future.

GoogleAs the agent contracted by my 93-year-old mother to sell her property, Alex was absolutely first class. In addition to securing an excellent deal, he showed a level of care that went beyond business: ensuring she had very little to do while he took care of all aspects relating to the transaction; communicating with the buyer as well as the solicitors. Being that I live in America, 4,000 miles from my mum, this was especially important. And I also found him to be extremely affable and helpful whenever we spoke on the phone. I honestly can't recommend Aleco Estate Agents highly enough.

Especially with really young children, it’s really important to have agents that are thorough, attentive and honest. As a seller living overseas and with COVID making it impossible to get back they managed everything for me in a great way from listing, arranging visits with my tenants and even arranging access to the movers on the completion date. In addition, we managed to sell the flat within 2 months of listing. Could not recommend more. Thanks Alex and Kyri for all of your help.

GoogleA prominent family run estate agents which are very attentive and friendly providing property services in north London. I have rented a flat on December 2021 and renewed it through them on a yearly basis. The whole process been smooth and prompt for the entire period. They handled the renewal process with an outmost understanding of the current economical situation helping to negotiate rental pricing with the landlord. I only can say thank you to them.

They also provide me with their guaranteed rental scheme which is really great as I don’t need to worry about the tenants not paying the rent, they go above and beyond and would definitely recommend them if your looking to rent or sell your properties.

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Aleco. Alex was an absolute pleasure to deal with and arranged for quite a few genuine prospective buyers to view the property. He negotiated the offers and then 'held our hands' through the conveyancing process, the exchange and completion and even after to help rescue post and parcels that didn't get forwarded to the new address !!! I would recommend their services very happily to anyone :)
