GoogleAndy and kyri it’s so unprofessional, when my contract ended They never gave me back the deposit, they are so greedy and lying !!! I never seen estate agent like them ..
Dear Angelo, We are surprised to see that you have given us a negative review about the dealing of your rental deposit. To say that we haven’t return your rental deposit is a false statement. Your tenancy is due to expire one month from the date you posted your review and secondly, we always assist tenants about the return of their deposit by arranging a pre check-out visit, to advise if any mishaps are to be addressed to avoid any deductions from the rental deposit, which in your case, you have refused to do any repairs needed and now have refused to communicate with us. If you are reading this please do contact us to resolve this matter amicably, without the involvement of your guarantor. Thanks Aleco Estate Agents

GoogleFantastic estate agents. Had my flat on the market for 3 months with a big national agent who quite frankly wasted my time. I then decided to switch agent and met Alex. From day one he took the time to understand all prospective buyers needs. Aleco is an honest and knowledgeable agency and this is what sellers/buyers need to consider.
