Following a visit from Yasser Elkaffass at which we agreed to chose Adam Hayes as our estate agent, Ercan Aziz from their North Finchley office helped us sell our house. Within a few days of them having the house on the market we had accepted an offer at the asking price. Ercan helped us stay on top of the sale until we had completed. I'd be happy to recommend working with Yasser and Ercan to anyone selling a house.

Genuinely felt they were careful in finding properties that matched my needs rather than the scatterbombing approach. Always professional and nice to deal with, even when a negotiation proved more tricksy than expected. Thanks to Charlie and the team for all your efforts.
