Adam Hayes manages our property for 5 years now and we are extremely happy with the service we receive. Emma, our dedicated Property Manager, has been our point of contact and she has always been very prompt and with clear communication and directions.

Genuinely felt they were careful in finding properties that matched my needs rather than the scatterbombing approach. Always professional and nice to deal with, even when a negotiation proved more tricksy than expected. Thanks to Charlie and the team for all your efforts.

I’d heard horror stories about London realty agents before moving, but Adam Hayes was fantastic from beginning to end! I enquired about one flat that I saw online, but as it had been claimed very quickly, Max at Adam Hayes immediately arranged to show me another rental property in the same area and around the same price. He was very responsive, informative, and courteous and quickly arranged a viewing of the flat with me via video chat while I was in quarantine! The arrangements to get references checked and everything sorted through Adam Hayes went reasonably quickly, just a week or so; Mandy in the office was also incredibly helpful throughout that process, answering our questions patiently and keeping us updated on progress. I would recommend Adam Hayes a million times over and will definitely contact Max again if I move in the future.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
