I thoroughly recommend Mr. Yasser Kaptan's services at Adam Hayes ( east Finchley branch). From the beginning of our business transactions, he was very professional and listened carefully to what we wanted and were looking for. There was no undue pressure ( unlike with other agencies with whom I have had dealings in the past), and the communication between us was straightforward and open. We are in the process of buying a property and selling another. So far, with an offer accepted , the experience has been very positive.

We have had a really positive experience when renting through Adam Hayes; they are professional, reliable and respond very quickly to all our queries. Redon has been extremely efficient and supportive throughout the letting process. He is really friendly and reassuring ,which made the letting process feel far less stressful than it normally is. We recently sold our flat through Adam Hayes, working primarily with Mina from the North Finchley branch but also with Parvez and others from neighbouring offices. They came recommended from our old neighbours and our experience was excellent throughout. Despite navigating a choppy market following the stamp duty increase, we were happy with the price and timeline. In addition to this, Mina, Parvez and the team were really pleasant to deal with and made the stressful process of moving house with a small baby slightly less stressful. We would highly recommend them to anyone in the local area who is looking to sell or buy.
