Ercan was so friendly and informative. Viewed a house which we haven’t yet offered on but Ercan spend a lot of time letting me view and then accommodated a second viewing with my husband at short notice. Really good service and would love to end up buying through Adam Hayes if we can!

I invited three different estate agents to value my property in East Finchley, and Yasser from Adam Hayes stood out for all the right reasons. He arrived well-prepared with valuation reports and supporting documents, and he began the appointment by thoroughly assessing the property. Yasser took the time to walk me through the data, offering insights based on both current market conditions and his professional experience. The fees quoted were in line with those of other reputable agents I spoke to, and there was no hard sell, just honest, informed advice. His approach felt realistic, grounded, and aligned with the true state of the market. Ultimately, I chose to go with Adam Hayes because of their transparent, respectful, and professional manner.

Max is great as he is professional, friendly and hard working, carried out a viewing for me late in the evening. If I was the owner of the property I would want an agent to work for me like this. I am still looking for a flat to rent though, hope a suitable property comes available soon.

Adam Hayes in particular Triston Allen are great!. I bought a property through them, they are efficient, they are professional and were able to execute the sale of the property on point. They also have a fine eye for detail and I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pick up the keys. THANK YOU TEAM ADAM HAYES!

I am writing to express my heartfelt thanks to a member of your team Ouali Chriqy for his indispensable assistance, expertise, and professionalism in the recent sale of my flat. From the outset, his in-depth knowledge of the real estate market made a significant difference. Ouali’ s diligence in handling all the legalities surrounding the sale was not only impressive but also provided me with a sense of security during the process. His prompt responses to my queries and concerns, coupled with the ability to translate complex legal jargon into simple terms, were greatly appreciated. Ouali ensured that I was well-informed and comfortable with every step taken, his support truly made a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and manageable process. The successful sale of the flat stands as testament to his hard work and dedication. Once again, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to you and your team at Adam Hayes. I will certainly recommend your services to anyone in need of assistance in property matters. Wishing you continued success in your future endeavors. Best Regards, Joy

Amir provided an excellent service when dealing with our boiler issue. He was professional throughout, explained what needed to be done, and completed the work efficiently. When the issue happened late at night, he even brought us electric heaters so we weren’t left without heating. Overall, a reliable service and we were happy with the experience.

The entire team at Adam Hayes have been absolutely amazing throughout the process of selling our house. They are professional, efficient and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We have mostly been dealing with Ouali who has gone above and beyond to make everything happen quickly and smoothly. We cannot thank him enough and we highly recommend Adam Hayes Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I cannot thank the team at Adam Hayes enough for their hard work and personal service they provided to me during the sale of my property. Ouali & Seta worked tirelessly to progress the sale to completion in a difficult market. They provided endless help which included chasing a very slow moving buyers solicitor on a regular basis who lacked any urgency, proactivity and communication skills from Osbournes Law, Camden (definately would not recommend) right until the final day so that the buyer and myself could get the deal done. I would highly recommend Adam Hayes for anyone looking to buy or sell a property and would use them again in the future should the need arise.

Just very recently sold through Adam Hayes estate agents and they have been the most professional and helpful agents in comparison to the other agents I previously tried. They kept me informed every step of the way from showing the property through to exchange and completion. I dealt with Charlie who was professional courteous and helpful at all times. Thank you
