Thank you to Yasser Elkaffass for his time and patience with working with us when we were buying our first home. Excellent local Estate Agents, Both Yasser and Parvez in particular were always on hand to assist , inform and guide us through the sale of our house. Quality photography and impressive 360 camera imagery of our home. We had an impressive number of viewings in a very short space of time which quickly led to an acceptable offer. We are grateful for their knowledge and professionalism, we would highly recommend them. Thank you.

Max Davis was our lettings negotiator, and we are so glad he got in touch after we expressed interest in a flat online. He is efficient, courteous, and professional. With him, we were able to promptly organise viewings of properties that fit our specifications. When we had decided on a flat, he negotiated with the landlord, so at our property we are even allowed to modify the garden to suit the needs of our indoor cats. Overall, the process with Adam Hayes was quick and efficient, and they even gave us a congratulatory bottle of wine and a card, which was a really lovely gesture. Would highly recommend Max and the team to anybody looking for a property!

My experience with Adam Heyes Estate Agents was positive overall. I felt in good hands throughout the purchase, with Rebecca as my main contact and support from Seta and Mark when needed. As a first-time buyer, the process was stressful and longer than I expected. At times, I felt in limbo and unsure why things were taking so long, but the team reassured me that they were chasing the missing information on my behalf. I do wish there had been a designated person to guide me through the entire process, as this would have helped me feel more informed and supported. Despite this, the team was professional, approachable, and helpful, and I appreciate their support in completing my first property purchase.

It was a pleasure to finally found a very professional and helpful estate agency like Adam Hayes. Both Branch, East Finchley and North Finchley did the very best to sell our property, we received our first offer withing a week! Honestly don't think twice about contacting them, it is the only agency worth contacting in these areas. Ercan at the North Finchley branch was very efficient and professional and Max at the East Finchley agency was a super star, they will both give you support and dedication from day one. Max was the reason we choose to move to Adam Hayes. After few calls from him I had no doubt this was the agency from us. Thank you for all your help and support Max!

I can't say enough about Yasser and his team including Ercan and Charlie. My house has been on the market since June of 2017 and it was no fault of Adam Hayes as I had no less than 3 offers and they all backed out for various reasons. The added issue was that I live in the United States and negotiations and the time difference made it even more challenging but Yasser never gave up,. He and his team were extremely professional, patient and hard-working. When my home finally went into contract exchange at a price that Yasser negotiated in my favour, Yasser did not stop there. He arranged tree surveys, he arranged furniture removal all on his own time. He never complained. I am above and beyond grateful for having walked into his high street agency by chance... If you go with another agency for any of your real estate needs, you are missing out on a great service and superb customer service!

We recently bought our property through Adam Hayes and are very pleased with the support we received from Yasser and the team. After the initial survey, we asked to arrange 4 other experts (e.g. electricians, roofers, etc.) to look at specific areas that were highlighted in the survey. The Adam Hayes team were incredibly supportive and quickly arranged all the time we needed. Yasser was also very involved with addressing and resolving our solicitor's requests (our solicitor turned out to be extremely frustrating to deal with and really delayed the purchase). It felt like Yasser was there to ensure all aspects of the purchase went smoothly for us!

I've been dealing with Sabeel over the last couple of months regarding a specific property we're very interested in and although we're not in a position to buy just yet, he has been fantastic at keeping in communication with me with regular updates and advice pertaining to the property in question. Having been disappointed by many agents and agencies over their distinct lack of communication; Sabeel has been a breath of fresh air and I'm confident that as soon as we're in a position to buy, he will do his utmost to lock down the deal for us. I couldn't be happier with the service I've had from Sabeel and Adam Hayes and I very much look forward to purchasing through them VERY soon!

We’ve had amazing experience with Adam Hayes. We contacted a lots of agencies during our flat research and Adam Hayes was the most professional and efficient out of all. Michael Stephanou has been very helpful. He managed to arrange the viewings according my busy work schedule. It took us only one week to get a flat we like! Highly recommended!

The Adam Hayes team is a highly skilled collection of individuals who have helped us during the entire process of purchasing a house. Our sales representative, Parvez, was incredibly kind and accommodating to our demands. He worked quickly and efficiently to set up several property viewings with the sellers. He diligently and kindly brought up and answered all of our questions to the sellers. The entire staff at ADAM HAYES is, in my opinion, incredibly committed to their clients. Sincere Appreciation
