Any points I raised were dealt with calmly and efficiently and nothing was too much trouble - a great relief ! I'm not at all surprised that this will sound like a repeat.Wasim Amir (Barming manager working out of Maidstone office) was exceptional from start to finish. Charming, inspiring trust and confidence, fair, totally on top of his art, personally involved, outstanding communication, receptive, responsive. Relatively quick and very straightforward process, painless, in excess of asking price.What's not to like? I'd love to proof read and spell check the branch paperwork which doesn't fairly reflect the level of service it underpins. Yes, I did raise it at an early stage with the sales staff but didn't get the response I would have liked and let it rest.I'm confident that Wasim will now 'get it done' (over to you!).
Wasim and his team work hard as a collective to provide the best price and service for their clients. That said, there is always room for improvement!I have no doubt that Wasim will take on board your comments. Thank you .

We asked Simon Miller and company to sell our house - we bought it a few years ago via them and found their service to be excellent.We had a number of viewings as soon as the house was put on the market and the staff at Simon Miller carried out all of them. They were careful to check that all the viewings were convenient and made sure that they were carried out using COVID safe guidelines.The sale was not an easy one as our buyers had problems with their buyers but the Simon Miller team stayed focused and made sure that the issues that arose were overcome and that the sale took place. They kept us fully informed and reassured us when any problems came up.All the staff we dealt with were good but I would have to mention in particular the manager, Wasim and his colleague Jeremy for their expert and patient help and support. We would recommend Simon Miller to anyone in the area and would use them again without question.

After 6 months with purple bricks, we saw the light and gave Jeremy a call, having never sold a house before let alone my parents home of 42 years I was trying to climb a ridiculous mountain, I thought not possible. We had a great experience purchasing our new home with the team at Simon Miller. Paige took the time to fully understanding our purchase criteria and she proactively contacted us as soon as they'd receive instruction on anything suitable. Wasim quickly resolved any points of possible contention and was helpful and contactable throughout the process. I was also impressed with Richard in their Sales Progression Team as in the days leading up to exchange, he was always the most informed of all the agents in the chain - much more so than those handling our sale - and was instrumental in concluding matters without delay. A first-class effort all-around and I expect we'll use Simon Miller if we decide to move in the future and in the meantime I've no hesitations in recommending them to friends and family.

Avoid like the plague. Unprofessional and amateur staff from bottom to top.Accepted my offer and should’ve been removed from the market. I received confirmation of acceptance from the seller but yet 3 days later they reversed the decision asking for more money beyond an already increased initial offer. This was after I had provided proof of deposit; in excess of what was required, and what a coincidence it was only after this, more money was requested! The staff lead you into a false sense of security, outlining their protocol as interested parties should submit first and final offers from the outset to avoid bidding wars yet almost immediately after I had my offer accepted, I had a barrage of calls and emails asking for more money due to a rival offer!Seriously think before engaging and I’d recommend to purchase with other agents.
I'm sorry to hear your experience was not a positive one. I understand we have attempted to discuss your concerns with you directly but you declined engage further with our company.We have systems and processes in place which ensure all offers are dealt with fairly and transparently. We have a formal grievance process which would allow us to fully investigate and hopefully resolve your concerns. I would have hoped that would have been the most appropriate course of action in the first instance.

I write in behalf of my daughter who was letting through Simon Miller. They had to terminate their agreement early due to financial issues and agreement was reached with the landlord in this regard.However, they moved out just after lockdown commenced and were unable to remove their own fridge freezer that they had been using during their tenancy. Nothing they could do, just an unfortunate situation.They have offered to return to the property to remove it when lockdown is over, they have contacted the council who will charge £33 to collect from the front of the property.Despite this, Simon Miller want to charge her to return to the property to allow this to happen, even though they have little else to do during this current crisis, just trying to profit out of an unavoidable and unfortunate situation.Lyndsey in their lettings team has not seen sense or been reasonable in handling this matter and as a result their deposit remains un-returned despite them leaving the property over 3 weeks ago.They had to move out of the main bedroom at the property for the last 3 months of their tenancy due to roof damage, a water leak and resultant mould. No reduction in rent or any consideration to help, it took over a month for any work to commence, only constant calls eventually resulted in work being undertaken.My daughter has met all of her commitments, paid over the contracted amount for re-advertising costs to come out of their tenancy early (more profit to Simon Miller) and could not move the fridge freezer on the moving date due to the lockdown position.Seriously guys, practice what you preach, put ALL customers at the heart of what you do and drop the profit opportunity and get this matter resolved.
I'm sorry to hear the service provided from our Lettings team did not meet with your daughters approval on this occasion. I trust that the matter you refer to regarding the disposal of the fridge freezer was resolved to your satisfaction.
