Outstanding quality service from a fantastic team of people! Bairstow Eves in Barking have provided me with the exact kind of professional tenants I have been looking so long for and the package they have created for me means that they manage the property completely for me! I had my house with a smaller Barking agent and as a landlord I was treated very badly and my property wasn't being looked after at all. After investing money into my rental property to refurbish it we needed a larger more reputable agent to trust with our investment and to find the right kind of trustworthy and professional tenants. So so so so so so so so happy we instructed you guys and keep up the fantastic work! Will be recommending to friends and family for sure. Laura

An absolutely rubbish service from the letting team. Dennis and Mathew are both rude staff members who were very unprofessional. Give me doggy tenants while charging me a lot of fee and the tenants has left the property without paying rent. They have taken rent collect service and unable to recover all loss of rent THEY NEVER ANSWER THE OFFCE PHONE WHEN YOU NEED SUPPORT. Try calling them and you will get no response. BEWARE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE OF THIS ESTATE AGENT.

Seller and buyer be aware! If you are a seller, you will not hear of all the offers placed on the table, thus you will not necessary get the best price. As a first time buyer with a 30% deposit, earning +50k, with mortgage approved in principle, my offer on a property was NOT passed onto the seller. The reason was that Bairstow Eves prefer the buyer to purchase a mortgage product through their own mortgage brokers, and thus earn further commission on the sale.....illegal under the Estate Agent Act 1979.

Matthew Cann did an incredible job letting my house. Until I met Matt I had very little confidence that anyone would want to rent my house - not that there's anything wrong with it, just that other agents I'd spoken too weren't as positive. He assured me from our first meeting that it would let easily, and it did. The photos Bairstow Eves arranged to be taken were amazing. I didn't recognise it as my property!. They sent out marketing inviting people who had registered with them as wanting a house like mine to an open day. It was mad! At one point there were five potential tenants viewing the house at the same time. I received multiple notices of interest - this is by people who paid a bond to the company, and so were serious potential tenants. They then helped me choose the most suitable tenants, based on affordability. The whole process took around a month to complete, and my new tenant has now successfully moved in (and paid the first months rent). I cannot praise Bairstow Eves and Matthew Cann enough and think they are reasonably priced for the excellent service they provide.

Very disappointed with Bairstow Eves, as a selling Agent. I have to phone them all the time and ask what has been done. They didn't negotiate good price for my property, never answer my question clearly ,from the bugging they was lying and working against me. Thinking only about the money, never care about the seller or buyer and comparison to other agents in the area Bairstow Eves charge the most. Have the lowest sales conversion rate, down at 30%, where as the others in the area have upwards of 74%. It was my mistake, that I've choice them to sell my property. I would never recommend them to my friends.

Absolutely amazing agency, a high level of service and an individual approach to the wishes of the client. My family was a client of another agency, but we got a very bad experience there and decided to move to Bairstow Eves, we were very pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, all questions are resolved quickly, the staff is very polite, very professional and positive. I highly recommend using its services. P.S I want to mention Matthew Cann, showed not only personal charm, but high professionalism!

Having used this estate agents again we have managed to find a top buyer second time round i might add,Had it not been for what the first buyer did doing nothing all of july wasting a whole month we would have moved by now and i would of advised the new buyer on accepting her offer to use our much faster solicitors. But she has however unfortunetly used thier solicitors who are painfully slow.Zardek i feel is one of few top agents in these parts who is actually intent on completing a sale and he and his new manager actually pick up the phones at this office now.I had to go into the office one day back in may as no one was picking up and to my suprise a member of staff was sitting directly by a phone during my visit.I would give more then two stars however but with how long it took to get into our first property i shall await for another verdict as to our buyers solicitors status by the end of this month, as our side is currently on hold for completion of exchange no chains either side.

Tried calling a number of times, does anybody work here? Nobody ever answers the phone. Thanks for offering to help, but if I have tried a number of times and on a number of days , everytine going through to a voicemail, its not a coincidence, doesn’t give me the confidence to buy or sell with you, i would want it to be just as simple as getting through to somebody on the phone and talk.
