I recently used Hunters to let out my flat as I hadn't had any success with the other local agents. I was in constant contact with Bilal Mirza. Not only was he extremely friendly and professional, I found his team were doing the extra mile to guarantee that my property would get rented out. I had my flat on advert with the other agents for nearly two months, which was quite concerning. Hunters, found me a one year tenancy in four days! On top of this, they offered me a fantastic rate on fully managing the property for me. Would definitely recommend Hunters to all my friends going forward!

I really appreciate what Ben done for me and my family, it was a one time wonder as I was initially trying to sell our house for a few weeks prior. I recently sold my house through Hunters and although there were many complications along the way, they remained professional throughout. THANKYOU to George, Ben and Helen in particular but also to everyone else who I have spoken with along the way. My only slight criticism would be that I had issues with people turning up for viewings unannounced on a few occasions and also that sometimes I felt that the service was geared to keeping the buyer happy and not myself, the seller w,ho after all is the one paying the fees.

I have used a number of agents in the past to let my properties, but now having used Hunters in Chadwell Heath there is no need for me to go to another agent. They let my property within 3 days of marketing (when another local agent had the property for almost a month and couldn’t do anything with it). I have been on their managed service for just over 6 months now and can honestly say the personal service they give me is outstanding. I will definitely be recommending the branch to all friends and family.

Spoke with a refreshingly straight-talking agent Dev. I don't do reviews, but he really impressed me. Dev worked very hard to get me an excellent price for my apartment. Waste of time

As working professionals who can rarely get free time during the weekdays, it's extremely annoying to book days off to view properties to find they're by application, and we submitted our application the day we viewed, only to have the application be rejected because it wasn't processed in time before the landlord accepted an alternative application. I’m normally skeptical of all estate agents - don’t like them at all. However, in this instance I had to use one so I went fishing and listened to every single agent and their sales patter which is the same. Met Bilal a few days later and he was the one guy that was actually seemed honest and kept the sales patter to the minimum and was more factual. I decided to give him and Hunters a try. One word. Brilliant. Was I surprised? Very! After being a skeptic (which I still am) I can honestly say that I’d use an estate agent again - specifically Bilal. Job well done buddy! Top marks.

Despite a few problems with surveys etc Hunters manged to sell our house to a cash buyer. the communication and updates during the process were very clear and professional.
