I have nothing but praise for this branch of Cubitt and West, in particular Natasha Packham, who has gone above and beyond her efforts to sell my property during this very difficult political climate. She has kept me informed all the time both by email and phone calls. She is an excellent listener, which is paramount in her job, she remains always cheerful and friendly and at all times professional. When I was forced, for health reasons, to pull out of a sale, she was both kind and understanding. When I am fit enough I will return to the market, and Natasha will be the first person I will contact. All the staff at this branch are excellent.

Me and my Husband have just brought our first home witht he help of Jason and the team in Banstead. I can't praise them enough, nothing was to much trouble, they made you feel as if you were there only customers. I must also praise Michael Wookey the Mortgage Advisorwho was also brilliant and help us a lot with his advise. I can't praise the above enough. I will certainley be Recomending Cubitt & West Banstead. The only downside to the whole experiance was the in house Solictors DC Law, if you have the choice please don't use them, they had no customer service skills what so every, didn't get back to you if messages were left, didn't let you know what was going on, and as first time buyers it was frustrating as not knowing what was going on. After meeting a few different agents when selling our house, we definitely found Cubitt and West's Banstead branch, the most friendly, Knowledgeable, and transparent with their explanations. After Choosing them to put our house on the market we dealt with Jason Hanley. I cannot praise his service enough. Jason went above and beyond to help us even once the sale had taken place he has been their to guide and advise us every step of the way. I don't think we could have done it without him. Absolutely the best decision we could have made.

My wife and I are about to complete on the purchase of our first house and we couldn't be more excited. Jason and the team have been exceptional throughout the process and we feel it was down to them that we got over the line with this purchase. If you are looking to buy in the area, first time or not, I would highly recommend these guys as they are fantastic. We really felt looked after and that they were not just interested in the sale (which of course is their primary goal as estate agents) they really too an interest as us as a couple too. Estate agents get a bad rep, and usually for good reason as there are many out there that couldn't differentiate their backside from their elbow. Everyone at C&W Banstead are truly exceptions to that rule.

Give you all the spiel about what they can do and how amazing their marketing is but doesn't actually translate in real terms. For the most part I found them to be pushy, tried to get me to lower the price for a sale unnecessarily more than a couple of times, and got in viewings with people who were nowhere near our budget. Had to chase to get sales data some weeks. When we did agree a sale, it took them 4 weeks to link us with a sales chaser by which time our sale was an absolute lost cause - this was over the space of 2-3 years of dealing with this branch. Sadly, they put me in absolute state of stress and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would have complained directly but they seem to always have an answer for everything! Only two members of staff that seemed to shine were Esme and Sophie for which I've given them a star.
