All the staff at Cubitt and West were always very helpful and friendly. My sale was mostly handled by Lauren and Oliver, and both were very knowledgeable and always returned my calls. The initial marketing was handled by Fran and Natasha, so I have to thank them for their patience with all the viewings. Also a big thank you to Carole for always answering the phone and passing on my messages. And finally my thanks to Tamsin for overseeing the sale of my property and purchase of my new one. Now where do I start …. From the first house till the first interaction and throughout the process I cannot fault anyone in the team …. I didn’t feel as if I was dealing with strangers it was like telling a friend what I was looking for in my next home and they listened understood and the first property I was shown was the one for us … it just goes to show that the agents know exactly what a buyer wants and keep their needs in mind when short listing properties for you …. We have zero hiccups dealing with the agency the lovely Fran is such a great agent who is as excited as you are about the property she finalises then not to forget Lauren and Natasha who have been amazing when I couldn’t find Fran and was freaking out lolll … if you are a first time buyer I would definitely recommend them the best interest when helping you find your forever home ….

I can’t recommend Cubitt and West, Banstead highly enough! We were impressed from the first contact by their professionalism, energy and enthusiasm and our faith in them has been well founded.
