I have just come to the end of a long and complicated sale of a flat, involving a long drawn out probate process, made very challenging by the Covid-19 situation, and the fact that I live 200 miles away from the location of the flat. My point of contact at Your Move was Phil, who has been exemplary all the way through the process (over 12 months). If something needed to be chased - Phil chased it, If there were any issues, Phil raised them and followed up on them until sorted, If there was news, Phil updated me immediately. I never met him in the flesh, but Your Move have a great ambassador to their company with Phil. based on my dealings with him I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Really mixed feelings about this agency. Their processes when I signed up in 2016 were slow, they held up our on-boarding process with spelling errors in official documents and referencing. When we came to renew each year their process was archaic and bureaucratic (they used to require wet signatures from all tenants at the same time in their office that wasn't open after working hours but I believe they were changing this to email signatures a year or so ago). My tenancy with them ended in 2019 when the house was sold and landlord changed. The main positive I would say is that they did not break the rules with us, they weren't intrusive, imposing, and never visited without 24 hours written notice; although in fairness we dealt with maintenance issues directly with the landlord. Not the best agency, not the worst agency.

Went through getting a rented property through the agent Marcus. Was my first time moving out independently, and the process was made easy for all paperwork and on boarding. Your Move has been a great service for getting into a new property. They also use external systems for tenants to view all important documents and dates which I can access at anytime. Abysmal, properly awful company and flat. Felt like I was undercover on Cowboy Builders or Watchdog. I wouldn’t stay in their places if they were the only houses on Earth. Rooms literally covered in mould, half the appliances were broken, they never respond when you ask them about things- one guy called Marcel told us if we didn’t let him in when he wanted, he’d just let himself in whenever. They hired a painter who damaged everyone’s equipment, there were flies in every room before we moved in, they don’t give you your landlord’s details, they sent us letters threatening to evict us over late rent before it was due, they refused to supply furniture they initially promised...there’s prob more as well. Oh yea and they charged a £1421 deposit for a mouldy flat haha. Sleep on the street before you rent with this lot, unless you’re desperate to relive Silent Hill 4.

Good evening, I'm quite frustrated and disappointed with this agency you move, my wife found the flat by the rightmove app on SE25, 16/05/2019 6pm we saw we loved the place, 17/05/2019 first payment of £ 219,00,18 / 05/2019 the owner accepted the monthly rent of £ 925.00, was set to change day 1 of June as in the application, 30/05/2019 was given references, 31/05/209 reported that he had to pay remaining £ 1,773.00 as document sign, the agent did not comply and we did not change day 1 of June, passed to day 7 of June day 4 we saw our flat to rent again in the application we did not understand asked he did not answer, 12june had no guarantor owner did not accept, but we already paid all our money £ 1,992'00at today 20 june did not enter the account, we went to the agency and postponed the date to pay to make payment we did everything and the agency in bad faith does not give back our stressful money, agency had to close the doors with such clowning , misleading advertising they made us fools want our money in the account.

This place is a mess , they are very disorganised and dishonest. We had a night mare experience with them They found us a tenant and charged us silly money but with an extreme poor care after. The tenant management department from your move did not pay the rent on time with 4 to 5 days delay and blaming others. Very poor management and extremely disorganised. If you want a good decent service avoid this place.
