GoogleI viewed a property with a gent called Harry and he was one of the most professional and friendly agents I've dealt with. I'm almost sorry we ended up going with a different agent (for a different property) as he was courteous, helpful, friendly and even so after I broke the news of going with a different property. Class act.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ARE RENTING I rented a house from them for two years and it was the worst experience ever, they were completely unorganized threatened to evict us with no notice after they forgot to process our contract renewal and were all around rude, unhelpful and manipulative

Googlebe prepared for a bidding war with, wait for it, an ESTATE AGENT EMPLOYEE!!!! I even matched the asking price of the seller and got promised that the property would be taken off the market (see picture), but then they didn't even have the decency to respond to my emails to say what was going on. Bravo!
