Staff are always very friendly and accommodating, so much so that when i talk to them its like catching up with old friends. GooglePinkertons were the agent of a recent property purchase I made. Very professional and no hassle process raising issues before they became issues and good communications during negotiations although this would have been more positive for the seller it did make my life easier as well.
