I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the handling of the recent property purchase. As established, they stated they are not acting as my agents in this matter (So they sell the house to me but in actual fact we don't have an agent), and therefore I am requesting that they urgently forward me the contact details of the previous owner. All I was given at your office were the keys, with no further information or support. (Even that was held because their solicitors could not be reached for 2 days.) not sure of the type of solicitor that doesnt answer the phone for two days but hey. This message is being sent to both your management team and my solicitor for advice and review. I would appreciate your swift response on the following issues: 1. I have not been informed whether the electricity is prepaid or on a contract, this is essential information for any new homeowner. 2. The oil tank has no visible way of measuring the current oil level. Is there a measuring stick or method that should have been provided? 3. I was not given a walkthrough or any explanation of the property at the point of sale, this is an unacceptable oversight. 4. White EPS beads are being emitted from the extractor fan, clearly indicating damage or dislodgement to the insulation. This was noticed immediately upon receiving the keys. Was this known to the previous owner? It appears to be an obvious issue. Is this truly the standard by which Pinkertons sells homes? Frankly, I am shocked at the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic duty of care displayed throughout this process. I expected a significantly higher level of service and accountability.

Pinkerton's were simply exceptional from start to finish. Got me 15k more for my home than the upper estimation of two other local property vendors. Often when sale is complete that is the end for estate agents not with Pinkerton's. They were with me throughout the sales process took time to explain everything and how the sales process would work. My experience of moving house for the second time in over 20 years was very stressful. This was due to potential buyers of my house pulling out. Fourth time lucky and eventually moved. I sold my house and bought a house via Pinkertons estate agent. I chose Pinkertons as Victoria Pinkerton sold me from when she cane to value my house. I had other estate agents out but Pinkertons had the won me over. All the staff were wonderful with helping me sell my house and assisting me with queries and progress on my sale. I also purchased a house from Pinkertons . Due to the number of people in the chain, my move took longer than expected but staff were brilliant getting me to my new home in the end. Thank you girls! Pinkerton's recently took over the management of an appartment block in Bangor of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed in her first week the insurance cost was. reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has bourne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Pinkerton's and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Appartment block going forward. Definitely 5 stars

Had a positive experience in selling my home through Pinkertons. Richard had a real enthusiasm that I knew would come across to potential purchasers. Whilst honest and realistic with myself and purchasers I feel that Pinkertons pushed to and indeed achieved the best Market value for my home. I found that the team in general had a good telephone manner and this helped keep me positive when any hiccups that arose in the selling process. A big plus was the marketing.
