GoogleI had my house for sale with UPS for over a year with very few viewers, no offers and zero communication from the office! I decided to change agents and I went with Pinkertons. I dealt initially with Peter (Valuer) and when I listed, I dealt with Erin & Aimée also. The whole process with this agent was outstanding. Viewers were coming through the door and in 2 months I received an offer which I happily accepted. Peter went above and beyond to get my sale to completed status as the legal process was taking quite a long time. I cannot thank them all enough and to say the service was outstanding is an understatement. I have told everyone about the service I received and I quite happily recommend them to anyone. Peter, Erin & Aimée are all total assets to this Estate Agents.

GoogleUsed these guys years ago for a rental.
I phoned to report an issue with the house we rented which was fixed.
I also let them know that some doors in the property were sticky and really hard to open at times... didn't want to be a pain and said I'm ok with it.. I just want it noted, but come time to move out we got billed for the doors even though I reported within a month of living there.
They said they have no record of it.
Still annoys me to this day

GoogleIf your are a tenant through Pinkertons and your landlord only pays for them to collect the rent they will be of no use to you. Renters are treated like second class citizens. They are holding our deposit and the landlord is not responding to me and they are offering no help. Edited to add that Amy in the Comber branch is a credit to the company and has a very pleasant customer service manner.

As previously explained, your landlord chose our rent collection service, which means our role was solely to collect your rent on a monthly basis. The responsibility for maintenance issues lay entirely with your landlord, and this was communicated to you from the outset.
Despite our limited role, we did assist you during the last month of your tenancy and even after you had vacated the property. Regarding your deposit, since it was taken before the introduction of the tenancy deposit legislation, it was not required to be registered. Therefore, any deductions are at the discretion of your landlord, a point we also thoroughly explained to you.
We strive to provide excellent service within the scope of our responsibilities, and we’re glad to hear that you found Aimee in our Comber branch to be helpful and pleasant.
