GoogleSince the minute I met Victoria, to the last phone call with Aimee (& numerous conversations in between with Nikki), the service has been exceptional. They followed up with every part of the sale process & kept the buyers equally informed. I will be using Pinkertons again when I next move.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the handling of the recent property transaction. As established, you are not acting as my agents in this matter, and therefore I am requesting that you urgently forward me the contact details of the previous owner. All I was given at your office were the keys, with no further information or support. This message is being sent to both your management team and my solicitor for advice and review. I would appreciate your swift response on the following issues: 1. I have not been informed whether the electricity is prepaid or on a contract, this is essential information for any new homeowner. 2. The oil tank has no visible way of measuring the current oil level. Is there a measuring stick or method that should have been provided? 3. I was not given a walkthrough or any explanation of the property at the point of sale, this is an unacceptable oversight. 4. White EPS beads are being emitted from the extractor fan, clearly indicating damage or dislodgement to the insulation. This was noticed immediately upon receiving the keys. Was this known to the previous owner? It appears to be an obvious issue. Is this truly the standard by which Pinkertons sells homes? Frankly, I am shocked at the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic duty of care displayed throughout this process. I expected a significantly higher level of service and accountability. I await your immediate response with the details requested and clarification on the above matters.

GooglePinkerton's recently took over the management of an appartment block in Bangor of which I am a Director. Victoria herself is dealing with the transfer from the other Agent and I cannot speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. She is energetic and robust in her approach to ensuring we are getting value for money from all our contractors, and indeed in her first week the insurance cost was. reduced by £1000. The transition has not been smooth but she has persisted in overcoming obstacles and I am grateful for her tenacity. The ethos of the firm seems to me to place an equal emphasis on friendliness and professionalism and every encounter I have had with other members of staff has bourne this out. I am totally impressed with every aspect of Pinkerton's and feel that making this change will have a positive effect on the overall position of the Appartment block going forward. Definitely 5 stars

GoogleMy Dad had chosen Pinkertons to sell his home in Bangor recently. I cannot thank them enough for their help, support & efficiency. It was mainly Richard. Nicky & Erin that we dealt with but found all the staff very helpful. On handing the keys into the office in Bangor, we also were impressed that they had a pooch bowl outside to offer your dog a drink of water, yet another great service & act of kindness. GoogleHad a positive experience in selling my home through Pinkertons. Richard had a real enthusiasm that I knew would come across to potential purchasers. Whilst honest and realistic with myself and purchasers I feel that Pinkertons pushed to and indeed achieved the best Market value for my home. I found that the team in general had a good telephone manner and this helped keep me positive when any hiccups that arose in the selling process. A big plus was the marketing. GooglePinkerton's were simply exceptional from start to finish. Got me 15k more for my home than the upper estimation of two other local property vendors. Often when sale is complete that is the end for estate agents not with Pinkerton's. They were with me throughout the sales process took time to explain everything and how the sales process would work. Special shout-out to Richard and Sandra who constantly made themselves available to answer my many calls and emails. Couldn't be happier with the service provided top mark for a top estate agent!

I had my house for sale with UPS for over a year with very few viewers, no offers and zero communication from the office! I decided to change agents and I went with Pinkertons. I dealt initially with Peter (Valuer) and when I listed, I dealt with Erin & Ami also. The whole process with this agent was outstanding. Viewers were coming through the door and in 2 months I received an offer which I happily accepted. Peter went above and beyond to get my sale to completed status as the legal process was taking quite a long time. I cannot thank them all enough and to say the service was outstanding is an understatement. I have told everyone about the service I received and I quite happily recommend them to anyone. Peter, Erin & Ami are all total assets to this Estate Agents.
