My experience with Pinkerton`s Bangor branch Estate Agency has been 100% +++ In particular Richard Fannin and Nikki Simpson demonstrated their total commitment to our property sale, attention to detail, giving very helpful advice, including their marketing expertise , finding suitable buyers, contract document chase, liaison with our conveyancing solicitor all the way to successful completion. When I had questions urgently needing answered, Richard or Nikki were always on hand to provide answers. There was no forwarding to " a message service", or endless waiting, they were always contactable, and provided well thought out answers. "Selling can be a frustrating ordeal", that is why it is essential you have the involvement of only true professionals on your side which Richard Fannin and Nikki Simpson of Pinkerton`s Bangor branch are.

I have bought and sold property in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England over the past 35 years and never before have I encountered such and outstanding level of service and professionalism and we received from the team at Pinkertons Bangor office. I dealt with the rental team for 15 years and recently the Sales team who have just completed the sale of our property at Pinehill Road Bangor. To use the words 'First Class' is inadequate, this is an office full of total Professional and caring people. Top Marks. Special mention to Richard Fanning Colin Dill and Sandra Russell. Richard and Sandra were absolutely fabulous to deal with. Such a caring and helpful company who go above and beyond to put you at ease and get the job done. No question felt silly to ask and they were a friendly voice at the end of the phone any of the many times I needed reassurance as a fairly inexperienced buyer. Have experienced other well known estate agents (👀 saying no names) who just see you as a number and that is not the case here. Thank you so much guys, we have our dream home with a gorgeous bathroom (claimed by our 10 month old but that’s fine!) and plenty of room and garden for us to grow into. A delight to work with from start to finish 💕💕💕

We purchased our first home through Pinkerton's last year. After viewing quite a few homes we were relieved to have a viewing with an estate agent that didn't seem to be rushing or judging us or more importantly, pushing us to buy a home for the sake of a sale. Sandra was great at keeping us in the loop, passing communication back and forth between us and the vendor and making sure we had the least amount of stress. The online progress tracker was also a really nice touch, being able to see where we were and how what steps we had left to achieve were reassuring, particularly as first time buyers. From first viewing to the day we got our keys was just shy of 3 months, it couldn't have gone more smoothly. We would definitely recommend Pinkerton's.

Brilliant service from start to finish for selling my house. Richard Fannin secured what I believe was truly the best possible price for the property and the whole Pinkerton's team were highly professional and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. I had shopped around other agents when putting the property on the market but Richard stood out by far as the most professional and skilled of everyone who valued the house. I have moved many times over the years but I must admit that the best experience I have had yet was with Pinkertons estate agents. From the moment Richard visited our property to sell, he explained the vision and enthusiasm to produce a fantastic sales result for us. Not only that but he also found us the perfect home taking into account what factors we had mentioned to him of what we needed. The sales team Sandra and Aimee were very helpful and courteous and helped iron out any minor issues which undoubtedly crop up during the moving process. A truly great experience and I would have no doubt in recommending their services.

I wanted to use a woman led business and immediately liked Victoria. She was very genuine, and delivered on all her promises when I gave her the go ahead. Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you did not feel the overall experience met your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify the position regarding the sale price. The property had previously been marketed with another agent and had been sale agreed twice, with both transactions subsequently falling through following survey. When the property came to us, the agreed marketing price was based on the level at which it had previously been sale agreed, rather than on a valuation undertaken by Victoria Pinkerton. We note your reference to several mistakes having been made during the transaction. No concerns or issues of this nature were raised with us at the time, so we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to understand what you are referring to. Please do get in touch with us directly so that we can review these matters properly. We appreciate that the property was subsequently downvalued following survey. Given its previous sales history, however, we were pleased to secure a purchaser and successfully progress the transaction through to completion. We are disappointed that your overall impression of the service was not more positive and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns with you directly.

Bought our new home trough Pinkertons and we could not recommend them enough. Every single person from start to finish in their office was so wonderful. I felt like they were on the journey with us together. They are so fantastic with their communication and kept us in the loop the entire way. The day we picked up the keys was so special and we were actually blown away with the special gift box and the presentation of our new home's keys. These little touches are so amazing and make them stand out from the rest. We would highly recommend every single person in their office as they are all absolutely wonderful.

If you are selling your home Pinkerton's is who you need. Support and guidance was provided from the outset and every step of the way, no matter the question they had an answer or knew how to get it.
